Dance camps at Hampden Dance Arts are a fun way for kids to practice dance, stay in shape and socialize close to home here in Baltimore. Our popular theme camps center around learning dance basics, practicing technique, stretching and learning choreography to songs inspired by the theme of the week. Campers will also enjoy making friends while creating arts and crafts and snack & movie time together. Our camps are small groups which allow all students to get plenty of attention from the camp teacher and assistant.

About Theme Camps
Theme camps meet for 3 hours a day for the week. Students will participate in dance classes that teach basic dance steps, exercises, and choreography. Each camp’s music selection and choreography will utilize music and movement inspired by the theme of the week. We will also enjoy making crafts and watch a segment from the movie during snacktime with our camp friends! The end of the week will feature an entertaining demonstration/performance.

Payment is due at time of registration. We will not hold spaces for camp registrations that are not paid for. There are no additional discounts for camp.
Space in camps at our small business is very limited. We will provide a partial refund (camp fee less $35 non-refundable restock fee) if you cancel before April 15. On and after April 16, there is a hard no refund policy for camp payments. Camp payments and registrations are non-transferable for other products or classes. No credits. Makeup class policy does not apply to missed camp days. We do not pro-rate the fee for camp if you will be missing a day.
