Tickets

Tickets are assigned seating are will be available only through the venue box office online or in person. Tickets will go on sale at 9am Monday, April 20

Rehearsal

  • Rehearsal will be on Thursday evening June 4th and Sunday June 7 before the performances. Each class will rehearse on ONE of those two dates. Expect to be at rehearsal about 1 hour. You can leave after your class(es) leave the stage.
  • Do not miss the rehearsal. It is important for spacial orientation and for a quick review of the dance.
  • Arrive 20 minutes BEFORE the time on the paper. The time on the pdf is the time we plan to have your class on the stage ready to go over their dance. If you are just walking into the auditorium at that time you will miss part and potentially all of your rehearsal.
  • Arrive with hair, makeup and costume on. You can prepare at the rehearsal but leave extra time to change and do so.
  • Do not bring a large group of people to the rehearsal. The rehearsal is for the students to relax and get accustomed to the venue and review their dances.
  • Items left on seats will be removed at the conclusion of rehearsal.
  • Everyone who is not staff will be required to exit the auditorium at the conclusion of the rehearsal.

Additional Information

  • Parking is free at the venue. Plenty of it.
  • Anyone inside of the auditorium at the conclusion of the dress rehearsal will be REQUIRED to exit
  • Each performance is approximately 1.25 hours long.
  • 100% handicap accessible

  • Show will be professional recorded by Loud Communications LLC and will be available for FREE as a private Youtube link to share with family.

Performance Booklet

  • Dancergrams- personal shout-outs to your dancer make the booklet a keepsake. They are $16 each. You may include a picture. Text should be limited to 20 words. After 20 words your text will be shrunk to fit. Please email the text you would like to include and the optional photo to JENN@hampdendancearts.com
    Dancergrams are due by May 24
  • Business Advertisements- We would love an advertisement from your business in our show program
